Return Policy:  Water Works has a 30-day, 100% satisfaction return policy. If wish to return it, call our service department at 1-201-438-3810 for a return authorization number and we will refund your purchase price (less any shipping costs, if applicable) when the unit is received. A 15% restocking fee applies after 30 days, not to exceed 60 days or if unit cannot be resold due to damage. We are sorry but NO returns are accepted after 60 days.

Aquabot Warranty:  All Aquabots with the exception of the Aquabot Bravo and Aquabot Viva 1-hour cleaners come with a 1-year manufacturers warranty. The Aquabot Bravo and Viva come with a 4-year manufacturers warranty.

Water Works Warranty:  Water Works offers a FREE extended warranty on most of the Aquabot models we sell. Our warranty covers the three (3) most expensive parts to repair or replace which is the pump motor, drive motor and transformer. It does not cover normal wear and tear items, or repairs due to accidents or abuse.

Should you have trouble with your purchase during this time, you can take your unit to any of the authorized service centers nationwide, however, we hope you will call us first. The extended warranty will be covered exclusively through Water Works.
